About
Kate Wilson is principal of Wise Kiwi Consulting, LLC and brings 20+ years of experience in health law and policy, corporate governance, philanthropy and social responsibility.

Kate was former President and CEO of the Gilead Foundation and Executive Director of Corporate Citizenship at Gilead Sciences, Inc. where she led strategy, operations and partnerships.
Prior to her role with Gilead, Kate was an attorney specializing in advising biotech companies and providing pro bono counsel for immigration and family law matters.

Kate holds a JD from UC Hastings College of Law and a BA from UCLA.
